Paris Hilton Couldn't Save Fox Head
FT.com / Business / US: "Sandy Grushow (pictured), chairman of the Fox Television Entertainment Group, has stepped down from his post but will stay in the News Corp fold, launching a new production company within the Twentieth Century Fox studio.
The move was 'Sandy's decision', a company spokeswoman said on Monday. But it comes several months before his contract was set to expire and in the midst of a disappointing season for the Fox broadcast network, which he oversees.
Fox did score several hits this autumn, most notably with The O.C., a new teen drama, and The Simple Life, a reality series starring socialite Paris Hilton. It also benefitted from strong post-season baseball ratings."
