When someone makes a sex tape like Paris Hilton, how would that qualify? For that one in particular, I would not include. Other ones that I would include are like the Pamela Anderson/Tommy Lee one and the Tonya Harding one because those were commercially available and easy for people to buy.
So I wouldn’t include the Paris Hilton tape simply because it’s not really on the market. For the same reason I don’t include a lot of European tapes that you can only get in Europe, because if I list those then people will be asking me all the time, “Hey, where do I get this one? Where do I get this one?” So I try to list only ones that are videotapes and DVDs that are easily available in the United States. "
